Health Fair
Spring is here and we would like to help the community to start it out healthier. To do so, we are having a Healthy Fair! Yes, every vendor will be here to help the community live healthier! Free food demos, free group exercise demonstrations, Raffles for cool swag, even health assessments from Novant Health, and a whole lot more! It is free and open to the public so invite your friends!
The date is May 17th, the hours are 9 am to 1 pm mark your calendars now. It will be held in the YWCA Wellness Center Gymnasium.
We are wanting to also help the community by giving blood. The Red Cross bloodmobile will be here if we have at least 20 people sign up. I would like to invite you to help with this. Please do not think someone else will do this, we need you!
