Membership Information

Experience all the possibilities at the YWCA

Memberships include all the best that the YWCA has to offer for every age and stage of life. A Wellness Champion will be happy to help you find a membership type that best fits your needs and/or the needs of your family.

How to Join

Simply ask a Wellness Champion to help you sign up at our kiosk or you can sign up ONLINE! Manage your own account anywhere and at any time. Upon joining stop by the Welcome Center to receive membership card(s) and sign liability waiver.

Required Documentation

In order to process your membership application in person, we require viewing a valid identification card and bank draft information (either voided check, debit/ credit card). Additional information may be required.

Membership Freeze

YWCA members have the ability to temporarily suspend, or “freeze” their “Standard” membership when they know in advance that they will not be using our facility due to being out of town or illness/ surgery, etc. During this “freeze” period, members do not pay a monthly fee. To ensure we freeze your account you must fill out the form on or before the 25th of any month. For detailed info contact the Welcome Center.

Membership freezes are allowed for a MAXIMUM of 3 months upon which the automated bank draft will restart without notice and continue for the length of membership.

Memberships cannot be put on hold via email or phone

Membership Cancellation

To cancel a membership and bill draft, you must stop by the Welcome Center and complete the Bank Draft Cancellation form. Members must complete cancellation form before the 1st of the month in order to be effective prior to the next automatic bank draft. Membership cancellations must be made in person with a Welcome Center Representative, no emails, no phone calls please.

Activation Fee

This fee is required to begin a new membership and is used to make improvements and maintain the YWCA. Members who let their membership lapse for more than 30 days are required to pay an activation fee upon reinstating their membership.

Payment Option

The bank draft process authorizes your bank to pay the YWCA automatically on the 1st of each month from your checking/savings account or drafted from your debit/credit card. A voided check, debit/credit card is required to start. The joining fee and the first month’s dues \(prorated) are required at time of joining. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Some Memberships can also be prepaid 3, 6 or 12 months in advance and are discounted. Members are responsible for ensuring that all payment information is up to date in our system. Members can manage their own account online. For assistance, contact the Welcome Center.
